Rene was great. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. She suggested some styles for my eyebrows to make them more like twins and not strangers. They came out perfect. Also, she made me feel super comfortable especially when getting waxed. Having someone to talk to about random stuff while you get waxed helps keep your mind busy away from potential pain. I tried the Norcross location and to know that the Dunwoody location is just as great is awesome to know. I might have to go on a magical tour. P.S. every time you go for a service you leave with a gift. A gift choose. Could be earrings, lotion or what I got, a blinged out eye liner. ~ tknighton23

This was my first time coming to this location. I have stopped getting my brows done in general because I do not trust everyone with my eyebrows I’m saying that to say once I walked in a beautiful individual by the name of Yanu greeted me . I shared my concerns with her about my eyebrows and my previous experiences with others . She understood asked for me to show her an example and when I tell you she took her time , the threading pain was minimal (because I’ve had worst) and I looked at my eyebrows after she did them . I AM IN LOVE 🥰 WITH MY EYEBROWS. O have not had them done like this in a very long . I will definitely be returning to see Yanu specifically. She really made my day . ~ Neva B

Today was my first time and it definitely will not be my last! This salon offers so many different options! Amy was very professional and provided “White Glove” service!! I came in with the intention to only get 1 service. After Amy explained to me all that the salon has to off and the benefits of each service I left with 6!! I am so happy with my service!! So today was my unplanned self care day!! Thanks Amy for all that you did and for educating me on services that I would have not thought about! You are THE BEST!!! I absolutely love coming to this establishment. The entire team makes you feel like you are a part of their family. They are very flexible and give impeccable customer service. The managers are efficient and call you by name, which is so rare in today’s age. Not to mention they are very talented and have a team of trained cosmetologist to ensure you leave feeling and looking good. Best place to get a proper wax done. Great service and good energy all around. I’ve been coming to magical waxing every since they opened the first location. I’m always recommending people here. I went in on Sunday to the Dunwoody location to have my eyebrows threaded but the threader wasn't there. Ive had terrible experiences in the past with waxing but i trusted the girl (I wish I remembered her name but I know she works on Sundays) to wax my brows and she definitely showed out. She also suggested I tint since since I have alot of spots not growing in. I am impressed and will definitely be using her from now on. I already suggested her to other people. Thank you! ~ Sharon W

Magical Waxing is an awesome place to go to for eyebrow threading, waxing, facials...etc. My go to person is Minaz. She always hooks me up! She pays attention to what you're asking for and always delivers. She's also always so nice and welcoming each time she sees you. The place is clean and they wear their masks when providing service. I travel from Stockbridge to Tucker for Magical Waxing so you KNOW they must be good. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. ~ Shawndi D

I absolutely loveeee magical waxing. Since the first day I’ve got a wax , it’s been with MINAS. She’s great at what she does. No matter where she relocates I am willing to travel. Tay did my wax and she was amaaazzzing!!! I was soo nervous being this was my first Brazilian wax and she made me feel soo comfortable. She’s supper sweet and soft! Will defff come back to see her again!! Her technique is soo fast; highly recommend getting the pink wax…it’s a lil pricey but gets the job done! She also recommended options pertaining to my skin! Back with another review because service was just fast & excellent. I went to Amy today & this by far was the fastest wax I’ve ever received. Very welcoming service and Asma was very nice and knowledgeable about the service, she also made sure to let me know about all the different types of waxing they provided and the benefits of the waxing. Zoe did my service today. She was quick and efficient without making me feel rushed. Of course she did the upsell pitch, but wasn’t pushy or unpleasant about it. I did end up choosing one of the Brazilian options instead of my initial bikini choice. It was about $15 more but like I said she wasn’t pushy about it. Will probably go back. ~ Stephanie S

Asma was awesome! Was quick but took her time making sure all the hair was gone which was nice since I’m newer to waxing and the hairs can be stubborn. Loved my experience at the Dunwoody location. Amy did my Brazilian, underarms, eyebrows and lip. The Brazilian was the most relaxing I’ve experienced. There was minimal pain. I opted for the Pink Pearl Wax and I highly recommend. Amy also did an amazing job on my eyebrows she pretty much transformed my face lol. I’ll be back regularly. ~ Sharne' S

Asma Is the truth. I always have a great and luxurious experience with her. The only person I request and go too when I come every month.
